Luxury Level Room Options:
The Luxury category appeals to many guests because it makes it possible to enjoy all the inclusions Sandals is known for, without spending more than necessary. This category is ideal for couples that plan to spend most of their time outside of their suite. In the Luxury level suites at Sandals, romance meets relaxation in the best way possible.
Luxury Level rooms include free to use minibar with juice, soda, water, Robert Mondavi Twin Oaks® wine and local beer replenished upon request.

Club Level Room Options:
Club Level rooms are slightly more luxurious than Luxury Level rooms and come with free room service from 7 AM until 10 PM. This is one of the main reasons guests are willing to upgrade from a Luxury level suite. Sandals’ room service gives you the opportunity to order breakfast on bed, and to have lunch and dinner delivered to your suite. Ideal if you don’t feel like dressing yourself up for the restaurant, or when you want to have a romantic dinner on your balcony or patio.
But it doesn’t stop there. If you book a Club Level room, you’ll be met on arrival by Club Sandals Concierge. Expect warm towels (or cold) on arrival, private check-in at the Club Sandals Lounge, in-room and private resort orientation once you’re escorted in, a Club Sandals Welcome packet, and more.
In addition, you’ll have access to the Club Sandals lounge from 8 AM to 10 PM. The lounge includes a high-definition flat-screen TV, board games, books, novels and the list goes on. There’s also a tea and coffee station and all-day snacks and pastries. The lounge is a perfect sanctuary to enjoy your time on the off-chance there's some rainfall, while waiting for the sun to come out again.
The Club Sandals Concierge can also help you plan vacation activities and book reservations, tours, private dinners, a private beach cabana, spa appointments, and anything else you might need. The Club Level experience certainly makes it possible to indulge in a blissful Sandals vacation with relaxing and unwinding in paradise being your utmost priority.
Club Level rooms feature a well-stocked bar - free to use - with juice, soda, water, Robert Mondavi Twin Oaks® wine, local beer and a variety of liquors replenished upon request.

Butler Elite Room Options:
The Butler Elite suites are the most luxurious suites at Sandals with the most breathtaking views. This category of accommodation takes service and luxury to a whole new level as it includes a professionally trained personal butler.
Butler suites at Sandals offer the 'once-in-a-lifetime' experience, ideal for that special occasion!
If you choose to stay in a suite of this category, you can expect that your butler will greet you on arrival with lemongrass-scented hand towels, welcome cocktails or champagne, and even culinary treats. Your butler will escort you to your suite and fill you in on the various resort facilities, and you can check-in from the comfort of your suite.
Once you’re checked in, you can tweak accommodation preferences, tour the resort, or just relax – you’ll get a personal cell phone to reach your butler whenever you need assistance.
Butlers can even serve you lunch, dinner, culinary treats, your favorite cocktails and champagne from any restaurant or bar on the beach, at the poolside or in your suite.
